Brita Bjørkelo

Brita's research covers WOP, whistleblowing, leadership, psychosocial work environment, diversity, professional development, knowledge production and ethics.

Brita leads the RCN financed project “A matter of facts” (2020-2025).

She also leads the research projects "Diversity in Education and Organisation", "Ethics, Social Media and Teacher Education", the “Police Study” with Bjørn Lau (UiO), and the “Working Conditions in the Control Room” project.

Brita previously led the “Organisation and Leadership" research group at the Norwegian Police University College, and the FIX-project (RCN financed), and a previous editor, and now member of the Editorial board, of the Nordic Journal of Studies in Policing.
